Uniform Violation Procedure

Any student
who does not comply with the dress code (including "spirit days") will complete
a "Dress Code Violation Form" (this will be given to the student by the homeroom
teacher).
1. The student will complete the violation form, return it to the teacher for his/her initials. The teacher, after initialing the form, will return one copy to the student. One copy of the form is kept by the homeroom teacher. 2. The student will take the form home for a parent signature and return it to the homeroom teacher the next day. Excessive violations (two or more) will result in the student calling the parent to come and take the student home to remedy the situation. |
