FINANCIAL POLICY
(last update: 4/21/08) All families will be asked to complete an annual registration contract. If tuition assistance is requested, the family will be given a FACTS form to complete and mail to the company with supporting documentation. 2008-2009 Tuition and Fee Schedule

$2,184.00 or $182.00/month (July through June, 12 months) per familyTuition Rates: K - 8
One payment for entire year or two semester payments may be paid at HFS. Monthly tuition payments paid through FACTS Tuition Service. Tuition: Non-Parishioner: $2,868.00. ($239.00 / 12 mo. or $286.00 / 10 mo. - first child) Each additional K - 8 student = $400.00 for each additional child. Tuition: Book Fee: $75 per child until May 15th ---- $100 per child after May 15th The book fee is refundable up to two weeks prior to the opening of school. No refunds will be made after that date. Breakfast: $ .60 per day ($3.00 / wk) Lunch: $ 1.40 per day ($7.00 / wk) PreCare: $2.00 / day or $30.00 / mo. pre-paid for one child OR $50.00 / mo. pre-paid for family AfterCare: $3.00 per family through 5:15 $4.00 per family through 5:30 Late fees: $2.00 per child for every 10 minute increment past 5:30 Preschool: 2 - Day $48/ mo. ($30.00 w/ older sibling) 3 - Day $72/mo. ($44.00 w/ older sibling) 5 - Day $120.00 / mo. ($72.00 w/ older sibling) (Daily = $6.00) (Daily = $4.00 w/ older sibling) Preschool / Extended Day: 8:30 - 3:30 - $14.00 / day ($8.00 w/ older sibling) 8:30 - 5:30 - $15.00 /day ($9.00 w/ older sibling) (PreCare charges waived for Preschool) Occasional Extended Day: $9.00 / day ($5.00 w/ older sibling) (This is paid in addition to monthly charge) If a student withdraws from Holy Family School after tuition has been paid, tuition will be prorated through the dates of attendance. Any remaining funds, after all fees have been paid, will be refunded. FAIR SHARE PROGRAM As the paid-in-full tuition covers only a portion of the actual educational cost for each student at Holy Family School, we depend on each parent helping with a myriad of volunteer possibilities to help offset the remaining cost. The Fair Share Program monitors these opportunities. The beginning of the year Parent Orientation Meeting will outline the specific opportunities and allow for some advance scheduling. |
